1.1.3 Financial Data such as bank account and payment card details
1.1.4 Transaction Data: details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased

2. How personal data is collected
2.1 Personal data is largely collected directly from you, for example, Identity Data, Contact Data, Financial Data and Transaction Data when you fill in forms, correspond by e-mail, phone, post or otherwise when you:
2.1.1 subscribe to join a mailing list to receive updates via e-newsletter
2.1.2 participate in a competition, promotion or survey;
2.1.3 purchase anything through the online shop
2.1.4 respond to marketing communications

We do not use this information to develop a personal profile of you:
3.3 The information about you that is collected from other sources in combination with the information you give to us and the information about you that we collect automatically. We will only use such information for the purposes set out above.

4. Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and other log and analytical information. This helps to provide you with a more personalised experience when you browse the website and allows improvement of the website. 5. Data about children
Information is not knowingly collected from individuals under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not register an account with the website or provide any information about yourself.

6. How personal data is stored
Sending information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion information can be intercepted. The security of data you choose to send electronically cannot be guaranteed and therefore sending information is at your own risk. Reasonable steps will be taken to ensure adequate security for any of your information. In particular, MailChimp is used to provide marketing automation services. MailChimp’s servers are located in the United States of America. The MailChimp privacy policy (found here) outlines that they have signed up to the Privacy Shield Framework.

7. How long personal data is retained
Personal information will only be retained for as long as needed for the purposes set out in this privacy policy or as otherwise required by law.

8. Processing payment
When you make a payment you are providing financial data to the relevant third-party payment processor, and not to me. Your financial data is not stored, although transaction data is received.

The third party payment processors used (e.g. Zettle, Paypal) have their own respective privacy policies which you can read on their websites.

9. How information is disclosed to third party websites
Your personal information with selected third parties including Zettle, Paypal and Mailchimp and other similar transaction processing businesses.

10. Third party links
This privacy policy only covers practices of this website and business. On occasion third party links may be used on the website. You should review the third party’s website’s privacy policy and consider the owner’s reputation before sending any personal data or entering into any transactions through the website.

11. Opting out of marketing
You have the right to ask not to have your personal data processed and to opt-out of receiving marketing messages by selecting ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the electronic communication.

12. Access to information and your rights
12.1 You have the following rights over the way your personal data is processed:

12.1.3 to make a request email

13. Data breaches

13.1 Where a data breach occurs, and it is deemed likely to result in risk to people’s rights and freedoms, people will be informed when awareness of the breach is identified (even if the full details are not known) where feasible.
